No, you can book directly. However, you’ll need a current GP referral to claim the specialist Medicare rebate.
We provide endoscopy, oesophageal manometry, pH monitoring and other diagnostics on-site.
Most consultations and tests are eligible for a Medicare rebate. The specialist rebate requires a GP referral; without one, a lower rebate applies. We’ll explain any out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.
Initial consultations usually take 30–45 minutes.
Your specialist will take a detailed history, review any prior tests, and may schedule diagnostic investigations if required.
We provide referrals and care coordination for surgical treatment where necessary.
